How do I ask for a change?
Through the short request form in your portal. It asks exactly what we need, so nothing gets lost in a phone call or a long email thread, and you can see where every request is up to.
Will people find me on Google?
Every site comes with the search foundations built in: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and connection to Google Search Console. Our Get found plan, coming soon, will add monthly local content, an up-to-date Google Business Profile and social posts.
Will my web address or email change?
No. Your web address stays in your name, and your email keeps working exactly as it does today.
What's included in Hosted and cared for?
Your site, hosting, and every feature you need now or later, from the assistant to a shop or bookings, plus unlimited updates. It's a 12-month plan; after that, cancel any time with a month's notice and keep your site.
